The data entered in the contact form (last name, first name, email, phone, company, message) is used solely to respond to your request. It is processed by Imagineo SAS and sent by email via the provider Resend.

Imagineo SAS acts as the data controller. The processing of this data is based on Imagineo SAS's legitimate interest in responding to the requests it receives and in following up on its business communications.

The data is accessible only to authorized persons within Imagineo SAS and to the technical providers needed to run the service, notably Resend for email delivery.

Data from the contact form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange with the person concerned, unless a legal obligation requires a different retention period.

Cookies and third-party services

This site uses no advertising trackers or audience-measurement tools.

Fonts (Google Fonts). To display the "Plus Jakarta Sans" font, the site loads font files from Google's servers (Google Fonts). During this loading, the visitor's IP address and certain technical information from their browser (browser type, page viewed) are sent to Google, which may process them, including outside the European Union. To our knowledge, this service does not set any cookie and is not used by Imagineo SAS for any advertising or tracking purpose.
